Delivery/Returns/Important information

TIMINGS
Delivery is currently 3-14 working days. Dispatch 3-5 days after order has been placed.

PERSONALISED
personalised items can take 3-16 days due to the custom product.
Dispatch as normal 3-5 days.

RETURNS
If there is a fault with the product (Wrong Item, Items Missing) we will cover the postage cost back to us (as this is a fault on our behalf which rarely happens). You have upto 7 days from the day item was delivered to contact us about this problem,if you report further this time frame you will require to pay postage back to us. 
If there is a missing item we will just post this out to you at no extra cost. 

REFUNDS
If you have returned an item from the day we recieve the item we will process your refund, the postage costs from return will be included in this refund and the money should be in your account within 24 hours. 

ALLERGENS/INFO
All products have all ingredients stated. If you continue to eat these products that is a fault on your behalf and cannot be claimed against the company as the products come straight from the suppliers and have no contact with our unit/stock areas.
